As an HRBP, you will be the partner for management and employee in managing:

• Man Power Planning & Budgeting Process
• Organizational Development
• Change Management, including but not limited to employee rotation, promotion, and demotion.
• Performance Management
• Employee Relations

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree from Psychology or any related area
• Minimum 5 years experience as an HRBP, from startup company would be an advantages
• Good in business knowledge and data analysis
